How We Use Information

We use information to operate your account, improve the product, provide support, process requests and maintain security.

Storage and Service Providers

Form submissions and app data are stored in Firebase Firestore. Email notifications may be sent using SMTP. We only use service providers needed to operate the website and product.

Location and Trip Data

QuickTrip is a travel planning product. Future app features may require destination, route and location-related data to provide maps, scheduling and trip planning functionality.

Cookies

QuickTrip currently does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply under laws such as Malaysia PDPA or GDPR-style regulations.
